Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your choice to join our Brazilian Dance classes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your participation. To ensure the smooth running of our activities, we have established the following cancellation policy: CANCELLATION WITH MORE THAN 12 HOURS' NOTICE: If you need to cancel your class with at least 12 hours' notice, there will be no additional cost. You may reschedule the class for a future date, subject to availability. CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS' NOTICE: For cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or in the case of no-shows, the class will be considered forfeited, and rescheduling will not be possible.
