Cancellation Policy
By booking with Mari Ribeiro Co., you agree to our terms: classes can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows result in a lost credit. Packages are valid from the first class date and are non-refundable or transferable, except in cases of medical emergencies with documentation. If a class is canceled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled or credited. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misconduct. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, and our priority is creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for everyone.
